Room size, light, floor level, wall condition and the tiles available in your city all change how a design turns out. Check sizes, finishes and quantities with your tile fitter or contractor before you buy.

Use matt or anti-skid tiles for bathrooms, stairs, ramps and outdoor floors, especially in homes with elders or small children. For waterproofing, cracks, leaks or structural questions, consult a qualified engineer.
